Chavdar Municipality is one village - Chavdar, with a territory of 71 hectares.

 

The land of the village of Chavdar is 70 hectares, of which 51 hectares are a forest fund.

The village is located in Sofia region in the Zlatishko-Pirdop valley with an average altitude of 570 m. Bordering on the Balkan Mountains on the north and entering the Sredna Gora Mountains in the South.

 

It is 3 km away to the south of Main road 1-6 (Sofia - Bourgas), providing direct access to the capital and other regions.

 

Chavdar Municipality is one of the smallest municipalities in Bulgaria. However its Management's vision has made it one of the most prosperous region in Bulgaria with over 20m BGN investments in Infrastructure and Education.
